This was a special edition done in conjunction with Lord and Taylor.

The pictures speak for themselves.  I purchased this from a reseller.  It appears never to have been used.  It is in perfect condition.  Purchase price from this site is only $200!  Shipping in the United States or Canada is $10.  Overseas shipping is $25.  Shipping includes insurance.
