Return Policy:
All sales are final. Please make your decision carefully as we do not accept returns, unless they fall under the authenticity guarentee category-see below.
Shipping and Insurance:
All items are insured when shipped. Insurance charges are already calculated in the shipping costs.
Items shipped within the USA will be shipped Priority Mail. Items shipped outside of the USA will be shipped via US Priority International. Both services are provided by the US Post Office and can be tracked via www.USPS.com. If an item is lost in the mail, insurance will allow us to return your money in full.
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards via Google Checkout. In addition, we will accept certified bank checks and money orders in U.S. funds, though these must be received before items are shipped.
Paypal can be used, but you must use my personal Paypal address which is balletpt@gmail.com.

The store phone number is available to call 24 hours per day. Calls will be returned ASAP. We live and work in Eastern Standard Time, please keep this in mind.
Guarantee of Authenticity:
Being an honest business owner is of the highest importance. It is not worth it to us to sell any item under false pretenses.
All items displayed on our web site are guaranteed to be 100% authentic designer apparel. We do not accept or sell reproductions, knockoffs, replicas or whatever else you want to call it. If an item is determined to be not authentic for some accidental reason, we will accept a return within 30 days. The item must be the exact same item, in the exact same condition. Multiple pictures of each item sold here are kept for months as a way of preventing internet fraud.
Items determined not authentic must be accompanied by a letter from a reputable authenticator such as My Poupette, the designer's store or a major department store. This letter must be on letterhead.
The Authentication Process:
Every item consigned through Main Line Designer Resale is thoroughly examined when it arrives . Our authentication process includes:
• Checking for proper serial numbers
• Checking authentication holograms
• Examining craftsmanship, and checking everything pertaining to quality
If there is any doubt at any stage of the authentication process then we contact the designer label directly for their opinion on the piece. This can either be at a retail location or in some cases the Legal or Trademark Department of the manufacturer.
